The Mission

We develop students into servant leaders — because no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

Indiana requires 80%. We don't do minimums.
What We Hold
I

Character before credentials.

The character of the person matters more than the paper on the wall. It's how we hire, and it's what we build in students.

II

No titles. No hierarchy. One community.

Nobody here is "the authority." Teachers, families, and staff pull the same direction — communally.

III

Disagree without dividing.

People should be able to disagree, not divide. Divided we fall. United we stand.

IV

Every child known by name.

One campus. Small classes. Your child is a person here — not an enrollment number in a portal.

SLIDES — quote & hold time

#Quote / captionHold (s)Opacity

Quotes & hold times live in this browser's local storage. CSV opens in Excel; re-import the same columns. Export settings saves the complete slideshow (images, quotes, hold times, opacity) as one file — play freely, and load it back any time to restore exactly that state. Videos must be under ~3 MB (local storage limit) — bigger ones should be hosted and added by URL in the CSV src column.

Academics

Small classes. Big expectations.

Kindergarten through 12th grade. Curriculum grounded in a Biblical worldview, taught by certified teachers in classes capped at 15 students — small enough that nobody slips through the cracks.

Nursery & Preschool

Safe, joyful first classrooms where little ones learn that school is a place they belong.

Kindergarten – 12th Grade

A full path from first phonics through high school — rigorous academics, character formation, classes capped at 15, and teachers who stay with students for the long haul.

Our People

Built by people who showed up.

Our teachers hold certifications because they choose to, not because a quota says so. Our leadership doesn't print titles on doors or degrees on letterhead — not because they don't have them, but because that's not what holds a school together.

"No one is the authority here. We're a community."

Our teachers bring close to a decade of classroom experience each — and stories worth telling. Meet them here this July.

Straight Answers

The four questions every family asks first.

What do I pay?
If you live in Indiana: nothing out of pocket. The Indiana Choice Scholarship covers tuition at WCCA, and starting with the 2026–27 school year there is no income cap — residency is the qualification. You fill out one application and we file it with the state for you. Full tuition is $6,800/yr; the state award covers it. See tuition →
How do I apply?
Online, in about five minutes — the application is right here — or in person at the school office. When you hit submit, your application goes straight to the school office inbox — a person reads it, not a system. Medical and emergency details are handled on paper at registration, so the online form stays short. Indiana residents: applying to WCCA and applying for the Choice Scholarship happen together; we handle the state side.
What happens after I apply?
Here’s exactly what to expect. Your application lands in the school office’s email, where our staff reviews it and processes it up the chain to the State of Indiana on your behalf. Approval is contingent on one thing: Indiana residency. If you live in Indiana, that’s the qualification — we walk the paperwork the rest of the way. Questions while it’s in motion? Call 812-853-3787 or email office@wcca.academy.
Year-round school… and that means more time off?
It sounds backwards, but yes. A year-round calendar doesn’t add school days — it takes the same school year and spreads it out, so instead of one long summer and a long stretch of burnout, families get breaks all through the year. Students come back rested more often, and parents get vacation windows when nothing is crowded. [Confirm WCCA’s exact calendar & break schedule before publishing specifics]
Church and school — why separate?
Because each does its job better that way. Warrick County Christian Academy is its own independent school — one of the few in the area not under a denomination — sharing a campus with its ministry partner, Gateway Baptist Church. In the classroom that means Scripture alone is taught; no denominational doctrine. Your family’s church stays your family’s church. The school answers to its own leadership and its ACSI accreditation, and the church remains a sanctuary — two callings, one building, no confusion about which is which.
Where does my information go?

Nowhere you didn’t send it. The honest version, in full:

This site sets no cookies, runs no trackers or analytics, and shows no ads. We have nothing about you unless you type it into the application or email us — and that information exists for exactly one purpose: enrolling your child.

We never sell your data. We never share it. Two honest exceptions, because pretending there are none would be a lie: the State of Indiana — only when you ask us to file your Choice Scholarship application — and the law, if it ever compels us.

Two companies physically carry the bytes, because a small school can’t run its own servers: Netlify hosts this site and delivers your form straight to us, and Google hosts our school email. That is the entire supply chain. We chose them; we can’t see inside their datacenters — no one who uses the internet can — so we do the thing that actually protects you: we collect as little as possible. Medical and emergency details never touch the internet at all — paper only, at in-person registration.

No one can honestly promise unbreachable security. Anyone who does is selling something. Our promise is smaller and true: minimal collection, single purpose, and any photo of a student appears only with a signed parental release you can revoke in writing at any time.
